上海淞江集团2017年在南通市双甸工业区投资1.2亿建设“年产120万件减震器项目”，2018年12月建设完毕并搬迁至南通工厂；新工厂引进大量自动化设备，主要包括自动配料机、自动投料机、自动炼胶机、数控下料机、数控切料机、自动成型机、自动硫化机、加工中心、数控车床、自动包装机、自动缠绕机、自动缠膜机等；南通工厂拥有自己的检测中心，主要检测设备有3升密炼机、6寸开炼机、橡胶硫变仪、万能拉力机、耐磨检测仪、硬度检测仪、紫外线老化箱、臭氧老化箱、X光检测仪、低温试压箱、高温试压箱、航空煤油试压机、汽油试压机、柴油试压机、强酸碱试压机、40Mpa超高压试验机、DN1600试压机、真空试验机、爆破试验机、轴向角向动态疲劳试验机、油压脉冲疲劳试验机、震动疲劳试验机、轴向横向角向位移试验机、防火阻燃试验机、蒸汽试验机、盐雾试验机、光谱仪、氯离子检测仪、振动检测仪、减震器示功机、气垫试验台等检测、试验设备；橡胶膨胀节最大生产能力达到DN4000mm。

Shanghai Songjiang Shock Absorber Group Co., Ltd. is a group enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of industrial shock absorbers. It has a high reputation and influence in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, construction, heating, and water supply. Our factory boasts strong technical capabilities and comprehensive production equipment, enabling us to develop various shock absorbers. We possess advanced experimental equipment and comprehensive testing methods. Our rubber joints have obtained ISO9001-2015 international quality system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, China Classification Society (CCS) certification, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) certification, TÜV Rheinland certification, and drinking water hygiene approval. In 2019, we successfully provided rubber joints for the Chinese commercial aircraft C919. Leveraging our years of research and development and production experience, we optimize and combine products to ensure stable quality. Our products include: spiral wound rubber expansion joints, molded flexible rubber joints, spring shock absorbers, rubber shock absorbers, stainless steel metal hoses, corrugated compensators, automotive shock absorbers, etc. These products are suitable for various types of pumps, fans, air conditioning units, generator sets, diesel engine sets, compressor sets, audio equipment, punch presses, power test benches, anechoic chambers, transformers, and other basic vibration isolation applications.

In 2017, Shanghai Songjiang Group invested 120 million yuan to build a "project with an annual output of 1.2 million shock absorbers" in the Shuangdian Industrial Zone of Nantong City. The construction was completed in December 2018 and the factory was relocated to Nantong. The new factory has introduced a large number of automated equipment, mainly including automatic batching machines, automatic feeding machines, automatic rubber mixing machines, CNC cutting machines, CNC cutting machines, automatic molding machines, automatic vulcanizing machines, machining centers, CNC lathes, automatic packaging machines, automatic winding machines, automatic film winding machines, etc. The Nantong factory has its own testing center, with main testing equipment including 3-liter internal mixer, 6-inch open mill, rubber vulcanization tester, universal tensile machine, abrasion tester, hardness tester, ultraviolet aging box, ozone aging box, X-ray detector, low temperature pressure test box, high temperature pressure test box, aviation kerosene pressure test machine, gasoline pressure test machine, diesel pressure test machine, strong acid and alkali pressure test machine, 40Mpa ultra-high pressure test machine, DN1600 pressure test machine, vacuum test machine, burst test machine, axial and angular dynamic fatigue test machine, hydraulic pulse fatigue test machine, vibration fatigue test machine, axial and lateral angular displacement test machine, fire retardant test machine, salt spray test machine, spectrometer, chloride ion detector, vibration detector, shock absorber indicator, air cushion test bench, and other testing and testing equipment. The maximum production capacity of rubber expansion joints reaches DN4000mm.
